Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The order must include all original parts, components, and packaging in the same condition as received.
- Normal use of the product is acceptable, but damage caused by careless handling is not covered.
- Products requiring hygiene must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
- Any defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.
- We reserve the right to charge shipping costs to the customer.
Returns are processed within 7 working days, and if all conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How do I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow the steps below to initiate a return:

Please include the following information in your email:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product (in case of damage)
- Customer’s first and last name
- Customer’s address
After receiving your request, we will contact you and provide the correct return address.
Important:
Do not send your return to the sender address on the package. The correct return address will be provided after your request is reviewed.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable regulations, provided they are individuals acting outside their commercial or professional activities.
Withdrawal Conditions
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), received the final item in your order.
Orders are processed through a fully automated system and are executed immediately after confirmation. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel or stop shipment once the order has been placed. Refunds can only be processed after the goods have been returned.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Mode Lyon of your decision through a clear statement (for example, by email at info@mode-lyon.com).
Withdrawal becomes effective once we have received the returned items. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Shipments in Progress
As our products may be shipped from international warehouses, delivery times can vary and may be beyond our control.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You must wait until you receive the goods and then initiate a return. However, you may inform us in advance of your intention to cancel.
To speed up the return process, we recommend sending us a shipping confirmation after dispatching your return.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery charges (and any additional costs if you selected a delivery method other than our standard option).
Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive both your withdrawal notice and the returned items.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged.
